I went home to Greeneville TN for Fall Break. It was wonderful to see the mountains again.
Margie and I had a wonderful break and the following pictures show some of our home-made edible masterpieces we made in our spare time.
These delicious looking apples became...
...A most delicious pie!
Likewise, this dough became...
...those wonderful looking bagels! I had never made any before. Margie was a good teacher and I had a blast boiling them! :)

Hey Heather! I didn't know you had a blog! How fun! Thanks for sharing your pictures!
The pie looks good to me. Too bad they haven't figured out how to send a REAL pie over the internet. I like your blog. Keep up the good work. Dan
Hey girl! Wow, those foods sure look delicious! Over here in Thailand they don't have hardly any ovens, so I haven't been able to do much baking. Oh well, such is life. They do have some delicious food, though! I'm so glad that you are at Southern! I can't wait till next year and I can see you there. Keep up the good work. God bless you, girl! Hope to hear from you soon. Hope you had a great Thanksgiving. :D Enjoy all awesome great food for me.
